They bring hope and optimism into the lives of people living on the margins, under threat and in urgent need around the world. LOL is here to support, raise awareness and accelerate positive social change.

Earth's Angels Projects
Lillian and Lynette's journey. South Africa - The Medical Train.
Since 1993 the Phelophepa Train has travelled across South Africa 36-weeks a year to deliver health care to people most in need. It is run by two extraordinary women who forged a friendship in the days of apartheid.

Jamaica has one of the highest murder rates in the world, something Angela Stultz has been determined to change. After educating herself out of poverty, she returned to the community to use her skills where they were badly needed: mediating between rival gangs to bring down the violence.

Adriana Hoffman has dedicated her life to the people of Chile to take note of their country's environmental problems that are rapidly spiralling out of control.

Working within the notoriously violent and poor Favelas of Brazil, Lucilla Pizani Goncalves & Nancy Cardia are educating local women and young people learn how to use the legal system to fight for their rights. They want to set them on the path of hope and change, in order to give them the strength of solidarity.
